Router Spline Jig Plan
This digital plan accompanies my Router Spline Jig build video and provides additional details and reference information about the jig I built and use in my workshop.
The jig is designed for cutting decorative splines in mitered boxes using a router table. The PDF documents my own build and setup, including the materials, hardware, component dimensions, assembly details and the way I position and use the jig on my router table.
Reference drawings are provided with metric dimensions and approximate imperial equivalents, making it easy to follow the dimensions used in my build.
The download also includes full-size DXF files for the laser/CNC-cut components. These files are provided at 1:1 scale in millimeters and can be imported into compatible CAD/CAM or laser software.
